Intersting abilities: knows shotoken and can do hadoken (killed vega with it) and shoryuken (gave sagat a second scar).

biography: his life was ruined by vega (m.bison in u.s) from then on he wished to kill vega, he soon did but in the 2nd street fighter tournement somehow he had came back. witth th initiative to kill vega once and for all he joined th 2nd tournement but lost to ryu, as ryu lost to ken. ken was almost killed by vega until akuma went in and stopped vega and killed him. Anthony now happy with vega's death but still hurt from vega killing his first love. and how he had only won 5 out of 30 battles he had. (in the 2nd street fighter tournement he beat bison, sagat, cammy, zangeif, and chun li ,in a perverted way). he has always been a big fan of ryu and can mimick some of ryu's moves, the headband that he wears was from his first love, jessica, but finding that his hero isn't that great, he fought ryu without his headband. but now finding peace with ryu he wears his headband again.
